How the Work Works
This is independent contract work, not employment.
Available projects are issued as individual Work Orders.
Each Work Order clearly identifies:
- The work to be completed
- The project location
- The fixed contract amount
- The completion deadline
- Project requirements and specifications
You decide which available Work Orders fit your experience, capabilities and availability.
You control when and how you perform the work within the project requirements and agreed deadline. The general contractor supplies permanent project materials. You provide your own labor, tools, equipment and ordinary working supplies.
What You’ll Need
Before receiving a Work Order, subcontractors must complete the contractor’s onboarding process.
Depending on the work you perform, this may include:
- W-9
- General Liability Insurance
- Applicable professional or trade license
- Signed Independent Contractor Agreement
- Additional Insured documentation when required
If you bring another independent contractor onto a project to assist with your Work Order, that contractor must be approved before performing work at the project.
Interested in Available Work?
You don’t have to commit to anything just to introduce yourself.
Tell us what you do, what you’re experienced in and what types of projects you’re interested in. If your experience matches an available Work Order, we’ll discuss the opportunity with you.
Please include your:
Name • Business Name (if applicable) • Trade • Years of Experience • License Number (if applicable) • Types of Work You’re Interested In
